Zasady zgłaszania ryb: Jeden wystawca może zgłosić do konkursu maksymalnie 5 ryb w dowolnych grupach (zgłaszamy je w pierwszej części formularza). Jeśli zgłoszonych zostanie więcej, każda powyżej 5tej ryby zostanie zakwalifikowana jako rezerwowa (zgłaszamy je w drugiej części formularza). Organizator ma możliwość zakwalifikować ryby z listy rezerwowej do konkursu w przypadku braku wystarczającej obsady w poszczególnych grupach. Opłata za każdą rybę zgłoszoną do konkursu wynosi 200 zł (50 eur). Członkom PKMD przysługuje zniżka w wysokości 25% 

Po wypełnieniu i wysłaniu formularza, na adres poczty elektronicznej zgłaszającego zostanie automatycznie wysłana informacja z potwierdzeniem rejestracji zgłoszenia. Kwota oraz dane konta bankowego do dokonania wpłaty zostaną wysłane w odrębnym mailu. Wpłata przelewem jest ostatecznym potwierdzeniem chęci wystawienia ryb w konkursie, dlatego też jest bezzwrotna.

Rules for reporting fish: One exhibitor can enter a maximum of 5 fish in any groups (report them in the first part of the form). If more are entered, each fish above the 5th will be classified as a reserve (report them in the second part of the form). The organizer has the option to qualify fish from the reserve list for the competition in the event of a lack of sufficient stock in individual groups. The fee for each fish entered for the competition is PLN 200 (EUR 50). PKMD members are entitled to a 25% discount.

After completing and sending the form, a confirmation of registration of the application will be automatically sent to the e-mail address of the applicant. The amount and bank account details for payment will be sent in a separate e-mail. Payment by bank transfer is the final confirmation of the intention to enter fish in the competition, therefore it is non-refundable.

Fish entries for the competition are accepted until October 10, 2025
